I am very satisfied with the service provided.
The hosting service is well managed: activation is incredibly fast and so far we have not had any problems. I would say that the quality/price ratio is among the best on the market (perhaps the best?) with various formulas that allow you to find the best plan while minimising costs. Finally, the support is up to the mark: I have always found competent and helpful people.

We called in because our onsite FM server crashed. I had the pleasure of dealing with Fabrice. He was patient, courteous, and didn't leave the call until we were up and running on your cloud solution. Further to that, he assist us looking at ongoing options and spoke to sales to see what FM could do for us. His service was excellent - and I am technical which makes this review a critical one.

I have tried for years to get Filemaker running on a reliable cloud server. I gave up until I spoke with Fabrice at fmcloud who carefully walked me through all the steps and very patiently answered my ocean of questions. He was very flexible with me and allowed me to get clear on how to make this run. He's very knowledgeable and can make hard to read instructions as simple as rolling a ball. I can't beleive I'm up and running and that my team can now share what we've spent years creating in FM.

Role: Infrastructure manager at Smallco.

At Smallco we have multiple servers and have been using AWS for the last few years. Now we are moving away from AWS and going to FMCLOUD. The cost-to-service ratio is just too good to pass by when it comes to FILEMAKER HOSTING.

I had a chance to meet the people behind FMCLOUD and they are all some of the best in the industry and FileMaker community. As someone who manages and works with servers on a day-to-day basis, I can't recommend this service enough!

Server is fast and always up and running. They only upgrade on demand. Otherwise won’t touch. Great cloud service. Better than Claris cloud. Strongly recommend!
I used so many hosting companies in the past and they are by far the best.

We just started with fmcloud and are very pleased. Their support in getting up and running was great- they are very responsive to questions. The servers are very quick- we were running our databases with an in-house server, and we cannot tell a difference in speed.
